I love figure skating, but I haven't watched anything.  So I literally have no idea what your comment meant earlier about massive seas of gold medals.

Your country always wins the most medals.  BUT, we're actually tied for actual gold medals now, which is really the ones that matter.

Yesterday we tried to be those douchebags on CTV who yell and wave their arms in the background of their live street coverage but they waited too long to go on air which led to us being out-douched by the guys yelling 'No Fat Chicks' so we weren't on TV.

Congrats on your golds!  We just have more population in general than most places, so we have a pretty good chance of having people who are good at stuff, probably.  Sorry you didn't get on tv.

Well, this concludes Cane/Hat Man forum's Olympic coverage.  I hope it gave you posts to read.  In all honesty, it was actually lots of fun and I'm sad that it's over.  It made me realize how tired it can get being cynical all the time.  I'd like to thank Fat DJ for his coverage and Stephen Colbert for fulfilling a long time dream.  And in the end, it turns out Canada was the biggest gold winner of all time so everything turned out to be a fairy tale ending.  We went to the busiest part of the city so we could go show our enthusiasm and share physical discomfort.
